Israeli Game Unconference 2009My session at the Israeli Game Unconference 2009, Wii games, Augmented Reality, Touch surface’s, game UI Development, and much more… yes its all done in Flash.

The Israeli game unconference is a free and open event for gaming professionals: Designers, Artists, Entrepreneurs and Programmers. Those who work in the field of gaming, and those interested in venturing the gaming industry are welcome. One of the best things of about the conference is that participants create the agenda.

I did a session about Flash discussing some of great things that can be done in Flash when it comes to gaming I wanted to cover beyond the basic on line causal gaming that is done in Flash. The session went great I had about 30 to 40 show up after 15 minutes into the session I started to get a lot of questions.

I didn’t get into details with code but showed examples of games that I have done, or that are out there. One of most interesting subject was of course Flash and Augmented Reality but creating Wii games with also had attendees on there feet.

I would like to thank Shachar Oz we did the session together, Shachar showed some great code snippets on getting started with Flash and Augmented Reality. You can find all the info on the event here.
